Members of Red Tiger Martial Arts had the incredible opportunity to train under world-renowned striking coach Eddie Cha yesterday at Meng’s Martial Arts International HQ in Dayton, OH.
Eddie Cha is widely regarded as one of the best striking coaches in the world. His impressive resume includes training top-tier UFC fighters such as former two-division champion Henry Cejudo, strawweight champion Zhang Weili, and fan favorite “The Korean Zombie” Chan Sung Jung. Known for his innovative coaching methods and ability to refine the skills of elite athletes, Cha’s influence has been pivotal in helping fighters reach the highest levels of competition.
During the session, Red Tiger Martial Arts members were exposed to tried and true methods of drilling foundational striking techniques as well as defenses and counters used by professional fighters at the highest level. Training under a coach of Eddie Cha’s caliber was a unique learning experience that reinforced key striking fundamentals while also introducing new concepts to elevate everyone’s game.
